About the Instructor:

Jordan Serbezov (PMP) holds  MSc. in Strategic Management from Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria – „Business & Economics“. Jordan has 14+ years experience in project management, including managerial experience across regions, functions and cultures. Strong projects & teams leader with hands-on experience in strategic management, business operations, transitions & transformations, and customer service.

Currently Jordan holds the position of EMEA Resource Management Center Lead in DXC  Technology, where he  oversees the Labor Demand & Supply Management, operational & people management of the LDSM teams, escalations, compliance, optimizations & continuous improvement.

Fluent in English and German, Jordan Serbezov lives in Sofia, Bulgaria with his family.

The course is appropriate for these persons if they wish to develop professionally, increase their project management skills, apply a formalized and standards-based approach to project management, and seek career advancement by moving into a formal project manager job role, as well as to apply for Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Prerequisites:

To ensure your success in this course you should be familiar with basic project management concepts and have some working experience with project management. Experience with a specific project management software tool is not required. Basic computing skills and some experience using Microsoft Office is desirable but not required.
