Often Projects with dispersed teams struggle with delays or even sometimes completely fail. International investments are put at Risk due to intercultural issues or simply because the team members feel isolated and demotivated.

The Open Seminar “Virtual Power Teams” is a 3 day program which supports Senior, Middle and Project Managers to unlock the full potential of their virtual teams. It is also intended for HR Managers, Coaches and Consultants willing to extend their skillset towards leading virtual, remote and distributed teams.
